LifeTree Cafe is a new approach to outreach and evangelism. It is designed to reach the un-churched and de-churched folks who may never come to First Christian Church. It is for those who call themselves “spiritual,” but not “religious.” The ministry is set in a comfortable coffeehouse environment and features timely topics, conversation, and always a thought to ponder from the Bible. LifeTree has three main “roots;” they are the three “R’s” that give the ministry its life: relationship, relevance, and reality. These are what those missing from church are seeking… a safe place where they can find Jesus.
The cafe location is at the Comfort Inn on East Eisonhower (near Three Margaritas restaurant) here in Loveland. It will be shepherded by Dennis and Barbara Miller. LifeTree Cafe will be held every Wednesday at 7:00 PM. Starting on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, LifeTree Cafe will also be held at noon as well as at 7:00 PM on Wednesdays. We hope that you stop in and give this new approach to outreach and evangelism a try.
LifeTree Cafe is also proud to announce that they have included a second location at the Loveland 137 Homeless Connection and Inclement Weather Shelter at 137 S. Lincoln Ave. across from Antonio’s Burritos. This second LifeTree cafe location will hold LifeTree Cafe every Tuesday at 1:00 PM and is the very first time that LifeTree Cafe has ever been offered at a shelter. Please come join us in the introductory of this great new secondary location.
